Paul & friends was opened in 1991 by Magnus Gustafsson and Göran Ahlsén, who still own and run the company.

Paul & friends is since the beginning a Multi Brand Store, where - in the well-known and cosy shop-setting - You will always find an updated range of International and Swedish fashion labels.

The Paul & friends Original Pieces have a distinct profile with modern silhouettes and natural materials - avoiding unnecessary and exaggerated detailing and is from the start created by designer Fredrik Lomnäs for Paul & friends discerning clients.

Terms and Conditions

When You are checking in You have the choise to register with us so that We have all your correct details and correct address.
You can update this while logged in.

If you created your account and are logged in to the site you will be shown the correct prices with or without VAT. The standard view is including 20% tax, this will change on checkout or if you are logged in to your account.
Customers outside of the European Union, are eligble to shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax, (Normally 20% in Sweden). This is to assist customers to any pending import duties that might accompany the shipment.

We have no control over these charges, and unfortunately cannot help you with any questions about what these cost could be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

Shipment returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.

Payment

You pay for your order with credit card via DIBS - Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Diners or use your PayPal Account.
When payment is confirmed by bank, goods will be shipped within 5-7 working days.
We make reservation that goods can be out of stock and will in that case contact You
immediately for refund of money or goods in substitution.
Paul & friends is not responsible for the exchange rates any banks may have when handling your transaction.

Delivery

Goods will be delivered to the address suppled by You or your local pick-up point.
Goods will be shipped within 1-3 working days.
You will get instant confirmation of your orderplacement and when we have confirmed your order a second confirmation e-mail with tracking number of the shipping when the shipment has been made. You can then follow the shipment to your doorstep (within the EU).

Shipping:

To Sweden usually within 3-5 days

EU usually within 5-8 days

Outside the EU usually within 5-14 days

Shipping: Free shipping within Sweden, we use a Flatrate Shipping Cost SEK: 150 for the rest of the world.

Return Policy

You may return any item within 14 days from delivery. Items must be in exactly same condition as when receiving it. Eventual packaging should be unbroken and all labels still in place. Any return shipment must include original receipt / packing document.

Paul & friends reserve the right of errors caused by type faults or unintentional errors in the product information on our web pages. We cannot guarantee our pictures to display all colors with 100% accuracy. We might change prices or product range at any time.

Force Majeure

If Paul & friends fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, floods and other similar matters, then Paul and Friends can not be held responsible.
