When You are checking out from the Shopping Cart we recommend that You register an account with us.
You can then sign in to speed up your checkout process and easily keep track of Your orders.

The standard view when not logged in is including 20% tax, this will change on checkout if You are eligble to shop tax free.
You can of course also checkout as a guest and choose to not create an account.
You pay for your order with us using Credit Card via DIBS - Visa, Mastercard
or by using your PayPal Account.
We Strongly advise customers outside the EU to use Paypal as payment method
for quicker service and more reliable payments due to 3D secure issues with card payments.
For orders from the USA we only accept PayPal Payments.
All information is encrypted using SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.
and we use 3D-secure for safe transactions.
When payment is confirmed by your bank or by PayPal, goods will be shipped within 5-7 working days. Usually 1-3.
We make the reservation that goods can be out of stock and will in that case contact You as soon as we can for refund of money or goods in substitution.
Paul & friends is not responsible for any exchange rates or fees banks may have when handling your transaction.
Customers outside of the European Union, are eligble to shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. (Normally 20% in Sweden). This is to assist customers to any pending import duties that might accompany the shipment.
Note that we have no control over these charges, and unfortunately cannot help you with any questions about what these cost could be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
If Shipments/purchases are returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.
Goods will be delivered to the address suppled by You or your local pick-up point.
Goods will be dispatched on regular working days, Monday to Fridays.
Goods will be shipped within 1-5 working days, usually 1-3, from the day You place Your order.

or FedEx depending on destination.
You will get confirmation of the progress of your orderplacement, and when we have shipped your order
a second confirmation e-mail with your tracking number when the shipment has been made.
PICK UP IN STORE
You can also if ordering from Sweden choose to pick up Your order the following day in the store at NK in Stockholm.
This option is of course free and no shipping or handling fee will be added to Your order.
Make sure to bring valid ID upon pick up.

You may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days from delivery.

Items must be in exactly same condition as when receiving it.
The products should not have been worn, used or washed.
Eventual packaging should be unbroken and all labels still in place.
Any return shipment must include original receipt / packing document.
